Leave it to San Francisco to hit us with a beautiful, sunny and hot af day in November. Can’t complain though, it made for some pretty great lighting!
As you know Zara is one of my favorite spots for unique, quality and affordable pieces that will spice up any wardrobe. Recently I picked up this gorgeous metallic pleated skirt that I’ve been dying to wear since I added it to my collection.
I love an outfit that moves and this skirt adds a flowy element that makes it eye catching and fun to walk in. Plus metals are big this season, so I knew I had to pick it up.
I tucked in a blue button up to avoid competing with the pleated skirt which is the clear hero piece. This one is an oldie from Francescas but you can find something super similar here, here and here.
The other part of this killer outfit that I am dying over are these beautiful blue velvet booties one of my good friends got me for my birthday. So pretty and on trend for the fall season. I love the chunky gold zipper and the ribbons add an uber feminine touch. Such a great gift!
Finally I accessorized with my usual Henri Bendel go-tos and my favorite Coach bag that I have been obsessing over for the last few weeks. The Rogue bag has glovetanned pebble leather and to die for suede pockets. It has so many compartments it’s easy to bring it along on any outing. Plus the denim blue is the perfect pop of muted color to add to any fall palette.
I had the pleasure of working with an actual photographer for this look (not that I don’t appreciate my mom’s enthusiasm) and am so happy with the results! If you’re looking for a photographer in the Bay Area then check out Marc’s portfolio here or contact him at marcantony.photographer@gmail.com.

I had my eye on that kind of skirt for a while now…. I really love it but I don’t know how it would look on me. I think I am not confident enough to wear it, but is stunning!! I should have give a go. Nice post!!! xxx

The thing I love most about this skirt is that it looks good on everyone! You should get it! The pleated detailing makes it really flattering 🙂 thank you for reading!
